Catch Air video

Here's a video of our nonstop gal at Catch Air (spliced from all 3 trips). Warning: video is nearly 6 minutes long!!

  1. Cute!

What software did you use to splice the video? I'm going to have to figure out how to do that. The video I was trying to upload the other day was only a minute long or so; maybe the definition was too high, which is why blogger wouldn't let me upload it? I checked the file size, and it was 119MB. I figured it was too large.

  2. Adobe Premier Elements (basically Photoshop for videos!) - I could do so much more with it, but since I'm usually in a hurry to get it done, I just splice and resize (convert to .wmv file). I think blogger does have a size limit to files - either that or if it's too big it'll just take forever then stall out? After converting the 6 minute video to .wmv it was only 21.7MB (the .avi file is over 1GB!!). I'm sure there are other programs out there you could use, too; we got the Photoshop/Premier Elements bundle as a Christmas gift before Kaylee was born.

  3. Thanks. Costco has it on sale starting next week, so I think I'll get it. We've been talking about getting Photoshop for a while.
